The crimson red color is a variable bright red float over a foundation of black. Speckles occur.
**Process**
Mugs are thrown on the pottery wheel from stoneware clay. After a period of drying, a hand-pulled handle is added. The bottom is smoothed & stamped with the Lohtu Ceramics logo.
All pieces are glazed with lead-free glaze & high-fired for long-lasting strength and durability.
**Pricing**
I price my pieces according to the weight of the raw clay used. Therefore, capacities vary slightly depending on the desired shape. In general, the following is a good approximation of final comfortable use capacity:
xSm: 8oz.
Sm: 12oz.
Md: 16oz.
Lg: 20oz.
XL: 24oz.
